The remote diagnosis head VAS 5054A enables wireless connection of diagnosis testers VAS 5051B, VAS 5052A, VAS 6150X and VAS 6160 to the diagnosis interface in the vehicle (provided the relevant permission for radio transfer is given and the equipment version supports this).

The USB cable included in the items supplied should be used for flashing.
Communication with the control units takes place in the remote diagnosis head. Only the commands/results are transmitted by radio. This ensures the highest level of data security.
The remote diagnosis head is best suited for road tests or exhaust emissions testing, for example.
The remote diagnosis head VAS 5054A is also suitable for "Pass Thru" applications (EU5).
