The adapter VAS 5258A is used in conjunction with the diagnosis system VAS 6150... / 6160... and multi-meters V.A.G 1715 and V.A.G 1526/1526A
for simple, quick and accurate recording of various electrical/electronic signals from components such as the coolant temperature sender G62.
The connectors are decoded and can thus be used diversely as 4-pin connectors.
The use of the adapter is described in the relevant Workshop Manual/Technical Bulletin or in the “Guided Fault Finding”.
The product has been technically revised. The previous product can still be used.

- VAS 5258A can be used for repairing the lambda probe on up! vehicles.
