Automatic tire fitting device for fitting and removing 12-28 inch tires with a tire width of up to 675 mm on passenger and commercial vehicles.
The tire fitting device VAS 6561 offers the highest level of safety and allows work to be carried out quickly. It has a heavy duty design and is distinguished by fast and safe handling.
The fitting table features 2 rotating speeds and works with 4 self-centering clamping jaws that have a range of 14 - 28 inch on the inside and 12 - 24 inch on the outside, with means of extending up to 28". The clamping jaws are actuated via double action, pneumatic cylinders and make it possible to securely clamp all rims available on the market.
The user-friendly layout of the foot pedals assures safe and quick operation of the machine. The fitting table can be adjusted in height so that extremely wide tires up to 675 mm can be clamped in place.
The assembly pillar can be swiveled on the side by pneumatic means and is operated via a foot pedal. It locks in the working position automatically.
The assembly tool is guided at the top and on the side and is pneumatically locked away from the rim.
The over sized bead breaker assures damage-free removal of the tire from the rim and a non-slip rubber surface on the machine prevents the tire from slipping.
With the tire inflation system located on the pillar and operated by foot pedal, the tire can be inflated easily to the prescribed air pressure.
The integrated BPS assembly aid enables extremely low profile, run-flat and UHP tires to be fitted and removed smoothly without bead or rim damage (WDK certified). The machine can also accommodate PAX wheels with some optional accessories.
