The adapter set V.A.G 1342/20+21 serves in conjunction with oil pressure tester V.A.G 1342 as a means of checking the oil pressure on the 2.7L TDI and 3.0L TDI with EU4/EU5. Due to introduction of EU5 on the 2.7L TDI and 3.0L TDI, at VW and Audi, there is no longer any access through the opening of the oil pressure switch to check the oil pressure. The oil pressure is checked on these engines via the oil line on the turbocharger. The procedure is described in the relevant workshop manual. Introduction: VW and Audi with 2.7L TDI and 3.0L TDI with EU4/EU5.
