The hybrid test adapter serves to perform diagnosis on the vehicle system. With various adapters, the insulation resistance measurement is carried out and a check is performed on the electric A/C compressor as well as to ensure the system is de-energized.
Further details about the hybrid system can be found in the relevant workshop manuals.
It is essential that the safety regulations are observed when doing this.
Only properly trained personnel are permitted to work on hybrid systems.
