Application:

The label set VAS 291 013 is used for noting vehicle-specific data in the case of damage to the paintwork.  The transparency pen included in the set can be used to note the vehicle identification number, the damaged component as well as the thickness of the paint layer.  For the purpose of documentation, the label can be attached to the vehicle on the label carrier and then photographed.
