The body alignment system VAS 811 003 comprises:

• Alignment jig VAS 811 001/1: The alignment jig has a sturdy steel welded design with flat milled contact surfaces on which the modular traverses V.A.G 1392 are mounted. All current and future straightening brackets from all Volkswagen and Audi models as well as other car manufacturers can be installed on the modular traverses. Thanks to the width and a length of 4.30 m, the alignment jig is also ideally suited for longitudinal member pulling as well as repairs on commercial vehicles. With a quick fastening system, the wheel carriers and fastening clamps can be adjusted as required on the box profile of the alignment jig in next to no time.
• Scissor-action lifter VAS 811 001/2: used to jack the alignment jig up and down.
• Lifter VAS 811 001/3: used to jack the vehicle up off the alignment jig.
• Access ramp VAS 811 001/4: used for driving the vehicle onto the alignment jig.
• Pulling unit VAS 811 001/5: the alignment unit with pressure cylinder can be used to rectify vehicle deformation with forces up to 10 t.
• Universal anchors VAS 811 001/6: clamps for attachment to the sides of the alignment jig. These keep an accident-damaged vehicle absolutely secure during alignment measures.
