The special shielded arc welding wire V.A.G 1866 has been developed especially for welding galvanised vehicle parts. Even on rusted or surface rusted parts, good welding results can be achieved. The ultra-thin surface-bronzed Zinkromax welding wire offers better environmental compatibility in welding galvanised parts. The welder is exposed to less health impairing welding fumes. V.A.G 1866 Zinkromax is characterised by very good welding properties and is resistant to ageing.
