The hose adapter VAS 522 001/5 is used to connect the pressure loss tester VAS 522 001 to diesel engines with an M10x1 glow plug thread.
With the pressure loss test, the tightness of the individual cylinders is checked. It is a complementary method to the compression pressure test.
