Spare part for diagnosis interface VAS 6154A and a replacement as a temporary solution for VAS 6154/4A

The USB-A module VAS 6154/12 is connected directly to the main unit (interface module VAS 6154/A1). It serves as a cable connection for diagnostics on the vehicle. The VAS 6154/12 is a replacement and crisis solution.

Please note: The USB-A module should be used with a little caution in workshop operations, as it is not a rugged plug and cannot be compared with its robustness in terms of workshop suitability. In unfavorable constellations, when moving the laptop, the connector can slip out in the worst case. For flash processes, it is therefore recommended to use rugged connectors.

Accessory recommendation:
The VAS 6154/12 can be used as an accessory for VAS 6154 (ASE 405 431 00 000 and ASE 405 431 00 001)
and VAS 6154A (ASE 405 431 01 000 and ASE 405 431 01 001) can be used.
