Hydraulic jack with foot operation for removing and installing assemblies.
The universal support plate is fitted with a retaining strap to secure the assembly during removal or installation. On one side the plate can be tilted by 5º in the longitudinal plane.
Ergonomic design and time saving: V.A.G 1383 A has an ergonomic design and thus allows fitters to remove and install assemblies quickly and in the correct posture.
One man operation: With one-man operation, by means of a foot lever, the fitter has both hands free to guide the suspended assembly.
High stability: The large base with 4 swivel castors can be manoeuvred easily across even uneven workshop surfaces.
Best safety: The assembly sits securely on the support plate. The lifting/lowering device meets German technical safety standards (TÜV).

Design and features
Wheeled frame (approx. 750x750 mm) with 4 castors (2 of which are lockable), 3 stage telescopic hydraulic system with special cast guides, polyurethane seals and dirt scraper, also a hard chromed piston. Apart from the universal support plate V.A.G 1359/2, the upper telescopic section will also accept special tools 3395, 3396, 3408, T10012, 3282, T10031 and 3058.
