The diagnosis wheel balancing machine with user-friendly 22" wide angle touchscreen interface serves as a means of balancing and analizing wheels of cars, SUVs and Transporter models and has the following standard features:
- Automatic, touchless system for scanning all of the necessary data by means of laser technology
- Automatic clamping device
- Storage facility with trays for weights
- Space-saving design of wheel guard - the device can be placed right up against the wall
- On completion of the measuring process, the system searches automatically for the most optimal spot to place the weights and stops in this position automatically (4 o-clock position) - all in the shortest of time
- Electric holding brake for attachment of balance weights
- Balance weight position is indicated by a laser dot
- Illumination of inside of rim by LED lamp to make it easier to clean the rim and
attach the balance weights
- Analysis of radial and lateral run-out and potential wheel faults during measuring routine. If the value of the
rim runout is above the acceptable threshold, the system recommends a more detailed analysis.
- Weight management program (WM) with special "less weight" feature which, in the shortest of time, makes it possible
to minimize the quantity of balance weights for purposes of economy and to promote environmental protection
- Quick location of imbalance by RPA system (automatic search and balance weight positioning indicator)
- Optimization program (OPT FLASH)
- Program for concealed placement of weights behinds the rim spokes

- Multi operator – various user details can be stored

For an additional charge, a different version of the balancing machine is available with the following features:

- Auto PR (system that opens the wheel guard automatically after the measuring routine is complete)

- iPos software (intelligent positioning) that, following analysis of the imbalance, the tread depth of the tyre, the wheel deviation and the rim runout, suggests the best place to fit the individual wheels on the vehicle.
