Application:

The extraction unit VAS 581 011 is used to extract refrigerant contaminated with unknown components. If the gas analyser of the air conditioning service station detects a purity of less than 95%, the contaminated refrigerant must be extracted. 
Since the handling of the extraction unit VAS 581 007 and the procurement of the dry ice are rather complex, we have now developed the extraction unit VAS 581 011 instead. The unit is patented and guarantees an absolutely safe evacuation of all refrigerants. It is compatible with existing units and can therefore be easily integrated. The VAS 581 011 can be automatically controlled via the display of the air conditioning service station VAS 581 003 (prerequisite: software update for VAS 581 003 via the manufacturer). All other VAS R1234yf air conditioning service stations can manually control the extraction unit VAS 581 011 for performing the extraction process.
