NITROKITG is designed to assist the Technician in locating leaks in automotive air conditioning refrigerant system when it will NOT PASS A VACUUM TEST (large leak).

With NITROKITG the Technician will be able to quickly and accurately locate large leaks in R1234yf and R134a air conditioning systems. A leak is identified with NITROKITG via nitrogen gas with a maximum pressure of 200 psi. Pressure is generated in the refrigerant circuit using NITROKITG and a locally sourced compressed nitrogen gas cylinder. NITROKITG is connected to the empty refrigerant circuit using a pressure reducer for nitrogen, a 200 psi pressure gauge with regulator, and a filler hose connected to the service port via a quick-release coupling adapter. Increasing the nitrogen pressure in the system with NITROKITG to a maximum of 200 psi will cause a sound of escaping gas at the point of the leak.

The SOUND created as the nitrogen exits the system will assist the Technician in locating the leak.

The NITROKITG can also be used with Tracer Gas (composed of 5% Hydrogen in 95% Nitrogen) and the LDA1000H Leak Detector to accurately find a small leak point.
