Application:

Portal gauges are needed to inspect and repair structural damage to vehicles. Portal gauge VAS 5007/85 is a supplement for basic portal gauge system VAS 802 001 or basic portal gauge system VAS 5007 plus VAS 802 001/1 plus VAS 802 001/2.
The application is described in the relevant workshop manual.
A-pillar: Threaded connection points for door hinges
B-pillar: Threaded connection points for striker pin
Portal gauges are used in conjunction with the MZ Plus straightening bracket system VAS 6630.
