R1234yf Air Conditioning Service Unit with Refrigerant Identifier & Flushing Device.

The air-conditioning service unit VAS 581 005 with an integrated flushing device and a special refrigerant analysis unit meets the requirements made of German vehicle manufacturers, tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland.

Operator control is performed by means of intuitive and self-explanatory menu navigation in 33 possible languages.

Flushing of defective refrigerant circuits in damaged components or of impurities in the refrigerant or oil has been integrated in accordance with the requirements of the Volkswagen Group.

• Checking R1234yf is a necessary process step in order to avoid contamination by R134a or counterfeit products.
• The refrigerant analysis process is pre-set to a 95% R1234yf content and only then enables the next process steps.
• All filters and service hatches are directly accessible for straightforward maintenance and access.
• The management of data relating to filling quantities and oil is made possible by an internal database.
• Complimentary commissioning and training is provided for customers.
• This air-conditioning service unit is only suitable for markets with a rated voltage of 110 volts, for example the USA.
• Registration is necessary following delivery of the air-conditioning service unit in order to obtain a date for activation and commissioning in a timely fashion.
